Extension questions
How do I install the extension?
Click “Add to Chrome” to open the Chrome Web Store listing, then add it to your browser. On first install it opens Maildriply so you can connect your Gmail account — the whole setup takes about two minutes.
What permissions does it request?
Access to mail.google.com only, to inject the tracking UI into Gmail's compose window. It cannot read your inbox — it only adds controls to the compose interface.
Does tracking work without the extension?
Yes. You can send fully tracked emails from the Maildriply web dashboard right now with no extension required. The extension just makes it frictionless from inside Gmail itself.
Is the extension free?
Yes — the extension is free to install. Tracked sends count against your Maildriply plan, which is currently free for all users during our early access period.
Which browsers are supported?
Any Chromium-based browser that supports Chrome Web Store extensions — Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. It works with both personal @gmail.com and Google Workspace accounts.
