How to delete your data
You can revoke our access and remove every record we hold about you at any time. There are two paths.
Option A — delete everything in-product
- Sign in to your dashboard at app.maildriply.com.
- Open Settings.
- Click Delete account & data and confirm by typing your email.
- We revoke our OAuth grant at Google immediately, then permanently delete your account, Gmail connection, templates, campaigns, recipients, links, send logs, and tracking events.
- You are signed out automatically.
Option B — revoke at Google directly
- Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find Maildriply in the list and choose Remove access.
- That immediately invalidates the refresh token we hold for you, so we cannot send mail from your account.
- Email support@maildriply.com from the same Gmail address asking us to also delete the account-level records we retain about you (campaigns, recipients, tracking events). We will confirm within 30 days.
What deletion removes
- Your encrypted Google refresh token (revoked at Google, then wiped locally).
- Your account record, email address, and granted scopes.
- All templates, campaigns, recipients, and link records.
- All open, click, unsubscribe, and send log entries.
- Encrypted backups within the platform's standard retention window (typically within 90 days).
