How to delete your data

You can revoke our access and remove every record we hold about you at any time. There are two paths.

Option A — delete everything in-product

  1. Sign in to your dashboard at app.maildriply.com.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Click Delete account & data and confirm by typing your email.
  4. We revoke our OAuth grant at Google immediately, then permanently delete your account, Gmail connection, templates, campaigns, recipients, links, send logs, and tracking events.
  5. You are signed out automatically.

Option B — revoke at Google directly

  1. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  2. Find Maildriply in the list and choose Remove access.
  3. That immediately invalidates the refresh token we hold for you, so we cannot send mail from your account.
  4. Email support@maildriply.com from the same Gmail address asking us to also delete the account-level records we retain about you (campaigns, recipients, tracking events). We will confirm within 30 days.
What deletion removes
  • Your encrypted Google refresh token (revoked at Google, then wiped locally).
  • Your account record, email address, and granted scopes.
  • All templates, campaigns, recipients, and link records.
  • All open, click, unsubscribe, and send log entries.
  • Encrypted backups within the platform's standard retention window (typically within 90 days).
