Can recruiters see when a candidate opens an email?
Yes. Maildriply injects an invisible tracking pixel at send time and notifies you in real time when a candidate opens your email, with bot and Apple Mail Privacy Protection prefetches filtered out so the signal is honest.
Does Maildriply read candidate replies or my inbox?
No. We request only the gmail.send OAuth scope, which cannot read messages. Tracking is based on the pixel and link redirects in the emails you send, not on inbox access.
Can I send personalized outreach to a shortlist?
Partly. Save reusable templates and insert them in Gmail compose, then tweak the name and details for each candidate. Per-recipient merge fields aren't available yet.
